Nils Cornelissen

Management consultant and life coach

He primarily advises large scale enterprises on organisational topics.

Since almost 7 years he focuses on talent management, leadership development, capability building and guides processes of transformation and reorganisation in different industries.

Nils graduated at the University of Arts Berlin in social and economic communications and did his masters in psychology and sociology at the university in Edinburgh.
Furthermore, he is an certificated coach and facilitator (e.g. NLP trainer).

He publishes articles in different magazines, for example the Harvard Business Manager Magazine, and produced a CD of poetic texts written by intellectually impaired people.

Nils lives in Berlin and in his fee time he juggles, is a tight-rope walker and is activist of an NGO supporting people to find meaning in their work. At the moment he renovates a house-boat with his girlfriend Imke.
