What is the vision empowerment lab and what is it for?

The vision creation lab supports business leaders who aim to challenge the status quo and use their skills and personalities to reach beyond the limit.

Immerse yourself in an in-depth laboratory with individual coaching, expedition team meetings, hands-on workshops, presentations, inspiring evening programmes and an artistically shaped nature surrounding. Dedicate yourself 3 days intensively to your personal strength, willpower and stamina in order to sovereignly face challenges in your visionary implementation process or your day to day business as a visionary leader.

Use the playful and multisensual Visionautic approach to gain a light spirit of ease, train your mind to keep focused on your intentions and get supported by empowerment tools such as arrowbreaking, bar bending and firewalking. These enable you to store a fortifying and encouraging quality in your body memory. You can recall this memory whenever you wish to courageously face future challenges.

Who is the vision creation lab for?

The workshop is ideal for leaders who want to  develop their confidence and ease in change and in innovation processes of their businesses.

This spring we bring together three different kinds of changemakers: business leaders, social innovators and trainers. Get inspired by the diversity of perspectives and feedback from people of different cultures, professional backgrounds and disciplines. You will experience a well balanced mix of working sessions in your own peer group, mutual inspiration and workshops with the other groups as well as individual reflection times and coachings. This provides you with maximum inspiration and at the same time focuses you on the specific topics you are dealing with as a business leader.

How much does it cost?

Participation fee and full board for 3 days: 1050€ incl. VAT, based on single rooms and abundant healthy fresh organic food.

What do I get for this:

A 3 day intensive workshop including an individual coaching session, daily expedition team meetings, lectures, presentations, inspiring evening programme and course materials. Plus- free access to the Visionautic support platform after the laboratory.

If you book business lab 1 and 2 you are welcome to stay without any extra costs for board and lodging for the two days in between and the day after the second lab. A wonderful opportunity to reflect upon the learnings, take advantage of our individual coachings, the free-choice work with the visionautic toolboxes or relax in the beautiful countryside.

Cancellation policy:

In the case of a cancellation after Mach 10 half of the costs will be payable.
In the case of a cancellation after March 30 the full costs are payable.

There is no fee for substituting one participant for another, provided Academy of Visionautics is advised in advance, the duration and details are the same, and a new booking form is completed.  It is not Academy of Visionautics’s intention to profit from unavoidable cancellations.

How can I prepare myself?

We will send you some preparatory questions for personal reflection
and tasks to get into the spirit of the workshop a month before the
workshop starts. During the workshop you will keep working on these
tasks in your personal Visionautic logbook.

Friday, April 6th: Getting started and vision as a source of empowerment

until 14:00 Arrival, reception, allocation of rooms, coffee and cake, a good time for individual coachings.
14.00 start of the laboratory
-Welcome, brief outline of the course agenda, guided tour around the location
-Introduction: The Visionautic way of empowerment
- WS: Picturing the vision

Evening event: Vision exhibition with live music and prosecco & getting-to-know each other activity

 

Saturday, April 7th: Becoming a hero

WS I: The hero’s journey
WS II: Reaching beyond your limits: overcoming inner and outer resistances, arrowbreaking.
Evening event: Empowerment in different cultures, campfire and courage songs, opportunity to walk on fire.

 

Sunday, April 8th: Harvesting

WS I: Easter activity & harvesting personal strength, bar bending.
WS II: A promise is a promise

Goodbye-coffee and cake, official ending 17.00h.
